The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. You represent and warrant that:

• The User Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms
• The posting of your User Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person

• To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axponent Media Private Limited and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Axponent Media Private Limited to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Axponent Media Private Limited regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Service.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
